Introduction

About this Book

This book was born out of a need for open-education resources for students not in mathematics who needed a required mathematics course. Though I could find resources for students, none were complete for the topic list.  While the majority of this work is based upon Business Precalculus by David Lippman, the course at UAA required some additional topics and not some of the topics covered by Lippman.  Instead of a piecemeal approach, I felt it would be better to create my own open-education resource.
