Documenting process
Facilitator – This person is the group leader who will facilitate the group and help to keep all the other roles working.
Notetaker – This person writes down all the brainstorming ideas and keeps a record of the conversations. These may be in a special notebook or on poster papers.
Organizer – This person is responsible for uploading all the photos, notes, ideas in an electronic folder. The organizer sorts the items into groups or folders. Using a shared drive such as google drive may be beneficial.
Documentation expert – This person is responsible for creating/facilitating the documentation either electronically or physically with the development and template.
All participants should also be involved in gathering data and photos and uploading or creating their own page or portion of the completed documentation.

- Post a short narrative about why they like this spot or why they selected this particular location.
